Highlights

developed BlueStar social franchise network of private providers, with 300 franchisees across 6 provinces providing reproductive health and family planning services
increased number of clinics to 10
increased awareness/availability of quality HIV/AIDS information and Voluntary Confidential Testing (VCT) services
improved access to quality of maternal and child health services in remote / mountainous areas through training of Traditional Birth Attendants (TBAs) and Village Health Workers (VHWs).
250 TBAs have been trained and certified for providing services, 92% of women in the project area now have access to trained TBAs.
