Highlights

increased the number of clients seen by 26% during 2008
opened 6 new clinics - 3 maternity centres and 3 mini clinics. The maternity centres are funded by the European Community and the new clinics now give the programme a presence in 11 out of the 20 regions in the country
expanded outreach activities giving a presence in 9 out of 20 regions
more people in Madagascar have access to high quality sexual and reproductive health services as a result of Marie Stopes Madagascar's work.
